1. Project Overview, Bidding Scope and Delivery Period
1.1 Project Overview`
The construction site of this project is Qingshan District of Baotou City.
This project is a new pipe network project for the first time in Baotou Second Thermal Power Plant in 2016. The transmission medium is hot water, the operating temperature is 95/45°C, and the design working pressure is 1.6MPa.
1.2 Scope of Bidding This project is a total length of 1095 meters of the first tank branch of the new tank road in Dangpu Village. It was tapped from the main network of Songshi International City (DN800) and ended at the old boiler room; among them, the DN400 pipeline was 660 x 2 meters long. The length of DN200 pipe is 435×2m, and there are about 28 pipe fittings.
The underground heating network pipe laying method of this project adopts the direct-buried cold-installation laying method. The pipes and pipe fittings are all made of high-density polyethylene outer protective pipe polyurethane foam plastic pre-cast buried thermal insulation pipe and pipe fittings.

1.3 Delivery time and place of delivery Delivery date: Delivery within 5 days after the issuance of the notification of bid issuance, and it shall be supplied in accordance with the tenderer's supply plan to ensure that it meets the construction schedule requirements and shall not affect the on-site construction progress.

2. Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 General Terms of Qualification Examination
2.1.1 The bidder must have the qualification of an independent legal entity of the People's Republic of China.
2.1.2 has good bank credit and business reputation, is not in the state where the property was taken over, frozen or bankruptcy, and is not in the period of administrative penalty for prohibiting bids;

3. Acquisition of tender documents

3.5 Selling Bidding Documents
